In a Prime example of not letting a crisis go to waste, the Department of Work & Pensions has today, on the Day of May’s Brexit Deal vote, confessed that:

73,800 vulnerable PIP recipients died within 6 months of registering their claim.
4,760 vulnerable PIP recipients died between the Department of Work & Pensions referring their case to, and it returning from, an assessment provider.
17,070 vulnerable PIP recipients died after registering but prior to the Department of Work & Pensions making a decision on their claim.

12 people per day died waiting for the Tories to deem them worthy of assistance.
